Chief Commercial Officer

FinTop Consulting has partnered with a fast-growing institutional brokerage and financial markets firm seeking experienced Chief Commercial Officers (Institutional) to lead and scale their institutional businesses.This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity for an established Institutional Sales / Business Development leader with a proven track record of building teams, developing commercial strategies, and driving revenue growth across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the institutional commercial strategy and business development plan.Build, lead and scale high-performing Institutional Sales and BD teams, including targets, KPIs and performance management.Drive new business, revenue growth and market expansion across global institutional markets.Develop and maintain senior relationships with FX/CFD brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, banks, liquidity providers and other financial institutions.Identify new markets, partnerships and revenue opportunities to strengthen the firm's institutional offering.Work closely with senior leadership and internal teams to align commercial strategy with business objectives.Qualifications & Experience5-10+ years' experience in institutional sales, business development, or commercial leadership within financial markets.Strong background in FX/CFD, institutional brokerage, liquidity, prime-of-prime, trading technology, or electronic trading.Proven experience building and managing institutional sales teams.Strong track record of developing and executing commercial/BD strategies and delivering revenue growth.Established institutional network across brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, and banks.Strong commercial, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Experience dealing with C-suite and senior institutional stakeholders.
