Chief Commercial Officer – Rigid Packaging

We are seeking a high-caliber Commercial Leader to spearhead revenue growth, customer partnerships, and profitability for a leading rigid packaging business in the UAE.Key AccountabilitiesShape and execute the UAE commercial growth agenda.Expand business through new markets, strategic accounts, and portfolio opportunities.Lead the sales organization and strengthen strategic customer relationships.Own pricing, contract negotiations, margins, and commercial governance.Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance.Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning & NPD to deliver customer commitments.Develop a strong, accountable, and high-performance commercial team.Ideal Candidate12–18 years of B2B commercial experience within manufacturing.Experience in rigid plastics, plastic packaging, or FMCG packaging strongly preferred.Proven success managing key accounts and sales teams.Strong understanding of plant-based manufacturing environments; pure trading backgrounds are not preferred.
