Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling volunteers to support bunch’s initiatives and events, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with organizational needs. The coordinator designs and delivers volunteer training programs, provides ongoing guidance, and helps volunteers understand processes and tools related to bunch’s operations. Daily tasks include managing volunteer documentation, maintaining accurate records, and communicating updates, expectations, and feedback clearly and professionally. The role also involves developing community outreach activities, building relationships with partner organizations, and promoting volunteer opportunities that strengthen bunch’s presence in the local ecosystem. The coordinator works closely with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with company goals and to provide a positive, inclusive, and engaging experience for all volunteers.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills, including experience coordinating schedules, onboarding, and developing training materials.Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage diverse volunteers, provide clear instructions, and offer constructive feedback.Candidates should possess Community Outreach experience, with the ability to build relationships with local organizations and promote volunteer opportunities effectively.Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation.Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Experience coordinating volunteers in a nonprofit, corporate, or event-driven setting is beneficial; familiarity with private markets or financial services is a plus.Proficiency in relevant digital tools (e.g., volunteer management systems, spreadsheets, communication platforms) and fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
