This role designs and maintains scalable data models, data platforms, and integration patterns that support regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing data standards, leading data governance practices, overseeing the design of data warehouses and ETL pipelines, and ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility across the organization. Compensation: Competitive base salary + executive bonus pool + equity/stock options.QualificationsStrong expertise in Data Architecture and Data Modeling, with experience designing scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions.Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and Data Warehousing, including modern cloud data platforms.Proven ability to establish and maintain robust Data Governance frameworks, policies, and standards.Experience leading data strategy and architecture in complex, regulated environments or similar industries.Proficiency with SQL and at least one major data technology stack (e.g., cloud data services, big data frameworks, or analytics platforms).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor technical teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
