Chief Data Officer | London | £160,000-£180,000 + BenefitsWe're partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed financial services business to appoint a Chief Data Officer who can take its data function to the next level.This is a genuine transformation role, with executive-level visibility and the opportunity to reshape the data organisation, modernise the data estate and make data a core driver of business growth.The opportunity:Define and deliver the organisation-wide data strategyTransform the data operating model, team and capabilitiesLead the development of a modern cloud data platform, lake and warehouse environmentBuild scalable, self-service data and analytics capabilitiesStrengthen data engineering, architecture, governance and analyticsPartner with Product, Technology and the wider leadership teamDrive the use of AI and automation to improve productivity and customer experienceUse data to enhance onboarding, personalisation and customer journeysWe're looking for:Senior data leadership experience at Director, VP or CDO levelProven experience transforming or scaling enterprise data functionsStrong technical understanding across data engineering, architecture, cloud and analyticsExperience building modern data platforms and self-service capabilitiesStrong executive stakeholder management and commercial judgementAzure / Microsoft data ecosystem experience is highly desirableFinancial services, fintech or another regulated environment would be advantageousHybrid: London, 1 day per week in the office.An opportunity to own the data agenda at executive level and build a modern, scalable function from the ground up.Find out more and apply via the link below!
