The Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) will take full ownership of our end-to-end client implementation portfolio, bridging the gap between Sales, Product, and Support. You will build a scalable PMO operating model, drive predictability across multi-market deployments, and directly lead client delivery teams across South Africa, the UK, and international marketsThe Tech and Industry Stack Deep-DiveDomain Knowledge (Must-Have)Core Insurance Architecture: End-to-end policy lifecycle management, quote-and-bind workflows, cancellations, and renewalsSpecialist Insurance Markets: London Market, Specialty Insurance, and MGA operational structuresRegulatory Frameworks: Multi-jurisdiction compliance across Europe, Africa, and international marketsPlatform Capabilities and Methodology (Must-Have)Platform Delivery: Modular, SaaS, and cloud-based enterprise software implementationsDelivery Methodologies: Hybrid and Agile frameworks at scaleGovernance Frameworks: Robust PMO structures, RAID governance, dependency tracking, and executive portfolio dashboardsNice-to-HaveExperience managing implementations that feature alternative insurance models (e.g., parametric, micro, or embedded insurance solutions)Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and Lead the PMO: Establish a standardized, single operating model for delivery governance, reporting cadences, and portfolio risk managementExecutive Delivery Leadership: Serve as the senior delivery executive for strategic clients, establishing C-suite trust and leading steering committee engagementsCross-Functional Interface: Align execution dependencies across Sales, Product and Innovation, Architecture, QA, and Support functions to ensure smooth project-to-BAU transitionsDrive Commercial and Operational Excellence: Protect implementation margins, optimize capacity utilization, and eliminate operational firefighting through predictable executionPlease email your CV to nontokozos@mindworx.co.za
