THE POSITION IS BEING HIGHLIGHTED IN DUBAI BUT THE LOCATION OF THE ROLE IS BENGALURU, INDIAIt is an opportunity create a truly global luxury real estate brand out of India.The Chief Development Officer (CDO) will be responsible for leading the company's projectdelivery ecosystem, including Development, Construction, Project Management, andBespoke Interiors & Fit-Outs. The role will ensure seamless execution across the entireproject lifecycle—from planning and development through construction, interiors delivery,handover, and customer experience.Working closely with the CEO, the CDO will drive operational excellence, executiondiscipline, project profitability, quality standards, and organizational scalability. The CEO willcontinue to lead corporate functions including Finance, People & Culture, Legal, BusinessDevelopment, Land Acquisition, Capital Raising, and overall business strategy, while theCDO serves as the principal leader responsible for translating vision into flawless execution.The ideal candidate will bring significant experience managing large-scale, premium realestate developments, possess strong international exposure, and demonstrate a provenability to build high-performance project organizations capable of delivering world-classdevelopments.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEExperience

• 20+ years of leadership experience in luxury real estate development, construction,integrated project delivery, hospitality development, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, premium developments,high-end customer expectations, and quality-led project execution.
• Proven track record of leading development, construction, project management, andcustomer delivery functions at scale.
• Experience in premium or luxury residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or high-end commercialdevelopments preferred.
• Prior experience as CDO, Managing Director, Development Director, Delivery Director,Construction Head, Project Director, or equivalent executive leadership role.International Exposure
• Significant international experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with global developers, contractors, consultants, or multinationalorganizations.
• Exposure to mature real estate markets such as North America, Europe, or the GCC.
• Ability to bring global project management, construction, governance, and operational bestpractices into a high-growth Indian environment.Leadership Competencies
