Chief Executive Officer - Arabic Speaker

Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Arabic Speaker will provide strategic leadership for an Investment Group in Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Formulate and execute multi-year business strategies to drive top-line growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across group entities.Executive Oversight: Lead executive leadership teams, setting clear KPIs, fostering high-performance organizational culture, and managing talent pipelines.Financial & Capital Governance: Oversee capital allocation, corporate budgeting, P&L management, and strategic investment decisions to maximize ROI.Stakeholder & Partner Relations: Represent the Group in high-level engagements with government entities, key enterprise clients, joint ventures, and financial institutions across the UAE and region.Operational Performance: Streamline group-wide operations, implement robust risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Candidate Profile:Experience: 11+ years of senior leadership experience, including proven tenure as CEO, Managing Director, or Executive Board Member within a diversified holding, investment group, or major enterprise in the GCC/UAE.Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the UAE market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and corporate governance practices.Strategic Acumen: Strong track record in P&L ownership, corporate restructuring, merger & acquisition oversight, and driving organic/inorganic growth.Leadership Style: Decisive leader with exceptional negotiation skills, high financial literacy, and a talent for developing high-performing executive teams.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering; MBA or equivalent executive master’s degree preferred.
