Chief Executive Officer - Automotive

About the RoleBusiness Umbrella is mandated by a UAE-headquartered automotive group - new vehicle dealerships, distribution and aftersales - to appoint its next Chief Executive Officer. This is a full P&L mandate reporting to the Board, based on-site in the UAE, with responsibility for group performance across the GCC.What You Will OwnFull group P&L: revenue, gross margin, working capital and EBITDA.OEM and brand principal relationships: targets, allocations, franchise agreements and audits.New vehicles, used vehicles, fleet, aftersales, parts and F&I run as one integrated profit engine.Network strategy: showroom and service footprint, new territories and acquisitions across the GCC.Digital retail and CRM adoption; lead-to-delivery conversion and customer experience scores.Inventory ageing, floor plan discipline, banking and supplier relationships.Building and leading the senior team; succession, Emiratisation and performance culture.Governance, compliance and Board reporting.What You Bring15+ years in automotive, including 5+ years as CEO, Managing Director or General Manager of a dealership group, distributor or OEM national sales company.Proven GCC or wider MENA market experience; UAE experience strongly preferred.Track record of scaling or turning around a multi-site automotive P&L of USD 100M+.Direct experience managing OEM / brand principal relationships and franchise standards.Strong command of aftersales economics - the profit pool most groups under-run.Bachelor's degree required; MBA or a finance qualification is an advantage.Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.What Is On OfferBoard-level mandate with a clear growth agenda and capital behind it.Competitive tax-free package: base, EBITDA-linked bonus, car, family benefits and relocation where applicable.A confidential process managed end to end by Business Umbrella.How to ApplyApply through this posting with an updated CV.
