CEO / Co-Founder - Seed FundraisingStage: Early-stage / pre-fundingCompensation: Equity-based until funding or sufficient revenueSkillscaper is a French early-stage startup building immersive assessment solutions for healthcare, elderly care, home care, training institutions, certification bodies and organizations that need to evaluate real-world professional readiness.We have developed a working platform, product demonstrations, a clear healthcare direction and an experienced founding team. We are now looking for a CEO / Co-Founder who can help lead the next stage of the company.The first priority is clear: help Skillscaper raise approximately €1.5M in seed funding.This role is for someone who can open serious investor conversations quickly, build trust with strategic partners, and help position Skillscaper with the right investors, family offices, institutions and commercial partners.The ideal profile has:Direct access to investors, family offices, funds, or strategic partners;Experience in fundraising, investment, corporate development, or high-level business development;Strong credibility in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, or international markets;Ability to represent the company with investors, institutions and senior decision-makers;Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to join an early-stage company;Interest in healthcare, care, education, workforce development, AI, assessment or digital transformation.Key responsibilities:Lead or directly support the seed fundraising process;Open investor conversations and strategic partnership opportunities;Help structure Skillscaper’s Saudi / GCC market entry;Represent the company externally with credibility and professionalism;Work with the founding team on growth strategy, positioning and execution;Help convert strategic interest into funding, pilots, partnerships and commercial traction.This is not a role for someone looking only for an advisory position. We are looking for a CEO / Co-Founder who can be active, responsive, commercially driven and directly involved in moving the company forward.Compensation is equity-based at this stage, until funding or sufficient revenue is secured.
