CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) INTELLICOM LLC

Ochir Undraa Group is looking for an entrepreneurial, business-minded technology leader to lead the next stage of growth and transformation of our technology subsidiary. This is not a conventional IT management role. We are looking for a CEO who can connect technology, business, people and execution — someone who has built technology solutions, brought them to market, led complex enterprise digital transformation and delivered measurable commercial results.The CEO will have a dual mandate: strengthen and transform the Group’s enterprise IT capabilities while building commercially viable technology products and solutions for external B2B markets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Own the company’s strategy, business model, P&L, growth and organizational performance.Identify real business problems and translate them into commercially viable technology products and solutions.Lead new products from idea → MVP/PoC → customer validation → commercialization → revenue.Lead major ERP and enterprise technology transformation from business case and vendor selection through implementation, go-live, adoption and value realization.Integrate enterprise applications/ERP, infrastructure/cloud, cybersecurity, data & analytics, IT services, system integration and product development into a coherent technology roadmap.Develop B2B sales, strategic partnerships, key customer relationships and new revenue streams based on opportunities in mining and industrial automation solutions, but not limited to. Build and lead high-performing cross-functional technology, product, project and commercial teams.Work directly with the Group CEO, Shareholder and subsidiary CEOs, providing clear recommendations and accountable execution.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:5+ years of senior leadership experience as CIO, Business Unit Head, Digital Business Head, Product/Technology Business Director or above within a technology or technology-enabled business.Proven track record of building and commercializing technology products or solutions, from customer problem and product development through market launch and revenue generation.Direct experience managing revenue, profitability, budget and P&L.Successfully led at least one major ERP or enterprise digital transformation projects.Experience integrating multiple IT functions and leading cross-functional technology and commercial teams.Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and structured project management methodologies.Experience working directly with Shareholders, Group CEOs, Boards and/or C-level executives.TECHNICAL & BUSINESS SKILLS:Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, ERP/business applications, infrastructure/cloud, cybersecurity, data & analytics, system integration and IT service management.Deep knowledge and practical experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics, including selection, implementation, integration and continuous development.Strong understanding of technology product development and commercialization, including MVP/PoC, customer validation, product–market fit and go-to-market strategy.Solid financial and commercial knowledge, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgeting/forecasting and B2B sales.Professional-level English proficiency with the ability to work and negotiate with international vendors and partners.LEADERSHIP & SOFT SKILLS:Business-minded Technology Leadership — uses technology to create business value, productivity and profitable growth.Entrepreneurial Execution — acts decisively under uncertainty, tests ideas, learns quickly and course-corrects when necessary.Results Orientation— prioritizes effectively and drives disciplined execution toward measurable outcomes.Systems Thinking — sees the interdependencies between technology, operations, people, finance, customers and risk.High EQ & Executive Presence — builds trust and influence across Shareholders, senior executives, technical teams, customers and partners.Accountability & Constructive Challenge — challenges assumptions when necessary while taking full ownership of decisions and execution.PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:Experience in mining, mining services, heavy industry or industrial technology and understanding of operational processes, productivity and asset/equipment management.Knowledge or experience in industrial automation, IoT, SCADA, fleet/asset systems, remote monitoring, data analytics and OT/IT integration.Experience in technology partnerships, system integration, SaaS/product businesses, startups/ventures or digital transformation.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile, ITIL, TOGAF or CISSP are an advantage.MBA, Executive Education or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.WHAT WE OFFER:A high-impact CEO role with the mandate to shape and grow a technology business within a diversified Group.The opportunity to lead both enterprise digital transformation and the development of new commercial technology businesses.Direct collaboration with the Group CEO, Shareholder and subsidiary CEOs and the opportunity to influence Group-wide technology strategy.Access to real business opportunities across mining, industrial and other sectors as a platform for developing and commercializing technology solutions.An entrepreneurial environment that values ownership, innovation, speed and measurable results.Competitive executive compensation and benefits aligned with the responsibilities and performance expectations of the role.Office location: F12, Altan Joloo Tower, Ulaanbaatar, MongoliaTHE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:You are not simply a technology expert — you are a business builder who understands technology.You can turn business problems into solutions, solutions into products, and products into customers, revenue and profitable growth.
