Chief Executive Officer

Eden Rose is currently engaged with a FSRA regulated Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) financial services firm who are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Working closely with the Board of Directors, regulators, shareholders, and executive management, the CEO will position the Company as a preferred platform delivering greater liquidity, global connectivity, and access to high-quality investment opportunities through a centralized digital marketplace.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the Company's long-term strategic vision in alignment with the Board's objectives.Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative products to strengthen the Company's competitive positionDrive revenue growth through expansion of the issuer and investor ecosystem.Oversee the development and operation of a centralized investment platform that connects issuers with local and international investors.Develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term profitability and sustainable growth.Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, issuers, regulators, shareholders, financial institutions, advisors, and strategic partners.The CEO will have a Minimum 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience within capital markets, investment banking, securities, financial services, fintech, crowdfunding, private markets, or alternative investments. You will have proven executive leadership experience in a regulated financial institution, a strong understanding of capital markets regulations, securities laws, and corporate governance frameworks and demonstrated success in building and scaling financial services or technology-enabled platforms. You will have experience working with regulators, institutional investors, Boards of Directors, and strategic partners and a track record of driving commercial growth, digital transformation, and organizational performance.This is an excellent opportunity with a financial institution in Abu Dhabi offering the opportunity for a senior leader to step in to a C-Level role.
