The CEO is responsible for integrating strategy, finance, operations, business development, and technology (including CAFM operating platforms) to enhance asset performance, optimize primary business activities, and deliver exceptional tenant and property owner satisfaction.1.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Vision: Formulate and execute the long-term corporate strategy, vision, and growth roadmap in alignment with Board objectives and market opportunities.Board & Chairman Reporting: Serve as the primary liaison to the Chairman and Board of Directors; deliver regular performance reporting, risk assessments, financial projections, and strategic proposals.Corporate Governance: Ensure total organizational compliance with UAE corporate regulations, Labour Laws, HSE standards, and internal corporate governance frameworks.2. Financial Management, Enterprise P&L & Business GrowthFull P&L Ownership: Manage the overarching enterprise P&L, balance sheet, and operational budget. Drive revenue targets, EBITDA growth, and cost-optimization strategies.Capital Allocation & Investment: Direct capital expenditure (CapEx) investments, financial modeling, and pricing strategies for FM service delivery and technology adoption.Financial & SLA Performance: Monitor, evaluate, and demonstrate financial performance and achievement against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all maintained assets.3. Strategic Business Development & Market ExpansionCommercial Growth: Drive market expansion and secure major key accounts, enterprise FM contracts, and value-added service lines across hard and soft facility management sectors.Strategic Partnerships: Nurture high-level relationships with real estate developers, property management companies, key service providers, and government authorities to leverage pricing models and win market share.Market Intelligence & Innovation: Direct market research into emerging FM technologies, sustainable green-building practices, and smart building systems to position the company as an industry leader.4. Operational Oversight, Service Excellence & CAFM IntegrationOperational Direction: Supervise executive operational heads (including the COO, GM, and Technical Directors) to ensure seamless service delivery, MEP/HVAC system integrity, and SOP standardization across all properties.Digital Transformation: Mandate, oversee, and optimize company-wide technology platforms (e.g., Computer-Aided Facility Management - CAFM) to ensure automated tracking, data transparency, and predictive maintenance.HSE & Risk Leadership: Champion a world-class Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture. Ensure robust emergency response frameworks for fire, flood, and operational risks across the portfolio.5. Executive Talent Management & Organizational CultureExecutive Mentorship: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive management team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Stakeholder & Tenant Satisfaction: Serve as the final escalation point for key client relationships, ensuring rapid response to critical issues and driving continuous occupant satisfaction programs.
