As we complete our final licensing milestones and prepare for market launch, our Board is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through launch and into scale.The mandate•    Lead completion of SAMA final licensing requirements and establish the company's governance, risk, and compliance foundations.•    Oversee delivery of the digital platform and its integrations with national infrastructure and financing partners.•    Take the company from closed pilot to full market launch, then drive commercial growth and profitability.•    Represent the company before the Board, SAMA, shareholders, and strategic partners.•    Build and inspire a high-performing executive team and a healthy, transparent culture.What we're looking for•    12–15+ years in financial services or fintech, with 5+ years in senior executive leadership.•    Direct experience with Saudi regulators; strong command of SAMA frameworks and the finance companies regulatory environment.•    Solid grounding in Islamic finance products (Murabaha, Tawarruq) and POS financing models.•    Proven ability to build companies at the foundation stage — strategy, licensing, launch, and scale.•    Eligibility for SAMA Fit & Proper requirements; appointment is subject to SAMA non-objection.•    Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
