Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the Group's strategic plans to achieve sustainable growth and expansion across multiple business areas.Prepare and execute the Group's annual budget while overseeing financial and operational performance across departments.Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, investors, and key clients to strengthen the Group's market position.Review and enhance the organizational structure, internal systems, and processes to improve operational efficiency.Analyze financial and operational reports to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and ensure achievement of strategic objectives.Lead executive teams and develop innovative strategies to drive performance, growth, innovation, and competitiveness.Ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and governance requirements.Provide strategic financial and operational direction to support long-term business objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly preferred.7–10 years of relevant senior-level experience in financial management, business leadership, or a similar capacity.Proven experience in capital raising, investment structuring, and financial modelling.Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards and financial systems.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities.Fluency in Arabic and English is preffered.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and make well-informed financial and strategic decisions
