Role SummaryThe Chief Executive Officer will provide overall strategic, commercial, and operational leadership for MiraiCyber. This role is accountable for defining the company’s vision, setting long-term priorities, building the executive team, and driving performance across growth, profitability, execution, and culture.The CEO will serve as the primary representative of the company to investors, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders while ensuring that MiraiCyber is positioned for scale, market credibility, and sustainable value creation.Key Responsibilities• Define and communicate MiraiCyber’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic priorities.• Build and execute the annual operating plan, growth plan, and company-wide OKRs.• Lead the executive team across product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR.• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer success through clear commercial priorities.• Own investor and board communication, including business updates, strategy reviews, and performance reporting.• Establish a strong organizational culture based on accountability, speed, customer focus, and innovation.• Oversee capital allocation, financial discipline, and resource prioritization.• Lead strategic partnerships, market positioning, and high-value external relationships.• Identify business risks early and ensure proactive mitigation across functional areas.• Represent MiraiCyber in key meetings, public forums, customer discussions, and strategic negotiations.Decision Authority• Approves company strategy, annual budgets, hiring plans, and major commercial commitments.• Final decision-maker on organization design, market expansion priorities, and executive performance matters.• Reviews and approves large partnerships, investments, and strategic alliances.Key Success Metrics• Revenue growth and pipeline expansion.• Customer acquisition and retention performance.• Board confidence and investor readiness.• Leadership team quality and organizational execution.• Market credibility, brand positioning, and strategic partnership outcomes.Required Qualifications• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.• Proven experience in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments.• Demonstrated success scaling a business, leading cross-functional teams, and driving commercial Outcomes• Experience working with boards, founders, investors, or senior external stakeholders.• Strong understanding of strategy, financial planning, operations, and organizational leadership.• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.• Experience leading companies through scale-up, transformation, or market expansion.• Familiarity with GCC, US, or global enterprise buying environments.Leadership Competencies• Strategic thinking.• Executive presence.• Commercial ownership.• Organizational leadership.• Stakeholder management.• Resilience and accountability.
