US Head of Digital Assets/CEO – New York / Florida (On-Site) – Digital BrokeragePlexus are working with an industry-leading digital brokerage, operating in the financial sector for 10 years with a 300+ headcount. With their crypto arm currently growing, they are looking for a US-based Head of Digital Assets/Chief Executive Officer to lead the function from either NYC or St Petersburg, Florida.This is a fully on-site position, with expected travel to St Petersburg once a month minimum.Details as follows:ResponsibilitiesLead the crypto function of the business, inheriting the current team of ~10 people including a near-complete C-Suite (COO, CFO (incoming), CCO and Compliance Officer)Drive revenue growth across their retail/B2C vertical as a focus, with additional strategy and revenue focus on the B2B/institutional sideBecome the primary executive liaison with their support suite (regulators, policymakers, industry players, partners)Requirements5+ years experience in executive leadership, ideally in a C-suite or similar functionDirect experience in the crypto space, ideally for another brokerage, exchange, trading platform or infrastructure providerBoard-level experience in either a public or private institution/businessOffer/BenefitsSalary up to $350k in NY, up to $300k in FLW2 + Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision etc)Discretionary bonus paid yearlyRelocation packages available from anywhere in the USSound like you, or someone you know?
