The CEO/President will be responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, ensuring financial sustainability, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity, and leading a dedicated team of employees to deliver high-quality, person-centered services that enhance the quality of life and opportunities for individuals with I/DD.Serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families since 1950. What began as a service for ten children is now providing services across 15 counties in the state. Enriching the lives of adults with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism, epilepsy, and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. We are also a resource for our participants’ families, offering support through care, information, and encouragement.The ideal candidate will possess:Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role overseeing multiple service lines and administrative departments.Demonstrated success in managing budgets of $20M+ and leading large, multidisciplinary teams (200+ employees).Strong ability to set organizational vision, develop strategic plans, and execute measurable objectives.Required: - Experience Working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Master’s degree in business administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Social Services, or related field required.
