We are a fast-growing deep-tech startup developing a new way to transform industrial waste into valuable resources that supports cleaner water and we are looking for a entrepreneurial CEO to join our team.After years of research and development, our technology is now progressing through pilot projects with industrial partners. With long-term funding in place, we are preparing for our next phase: commercialisation and industrial-scale implementation.The opportunityAs our CEO, you will work closely with us and take the lead on commercialisation, partnerships, financing and company building.Your initial priorities will include:Accelerating our ongoing pilot projectsBuilding relationships with customers and industrial partnersDeveloping the plan for our first demonstration plantIdentifying relevant investors and grant opportunitiesPreparing and leading our next financing roundTurning our technology into a clear commercial propositionBuilding the organisation as we growWho we are looking forWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader who enjoys building companies from an early stage.You can understand complex technology, communicate its commercial value and create momentum with customers, partners and investors.
