MaidProvider.ph is appointing its first Chief Executive Officer.ABOUT MAIDPROVIDER.PHMaidProvider.ph is a DOLE-licensed household staffing agency established in 2009, operating under one name and one continuous DOLE licensing history since then.We place kasambahay and household professionals in Philippine homes through structured screening, matching and client support.Hiring for the home deserves care, judgment and accountability. That belief runs through everything we do.THE ROLEThe founder has led the company for seventeen years and will remain Managing Director and principal shareholder.The Chief Executive Officer will take day-to-day leadership of the business and carry a ten-year mandate: to grow MaidProvider.ph from a single Manila base into the national reference point for household staffing in the Philippines.The opening of our second hub in Clark, Pampanga in 2027 will be the first milestone.This is an ownership role.EQUITYThe Chief Executive Officer will receive an equity interest in MaidProvider.ph Corp., vesting over the ten-year mandate against performance milestones agreed with the board.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Own the company’s P&L, growth plan and operating rhythm• Lead and develop a team of 16+ across client acquisition, client care, recruitment, HR and operations• Open and scale new hubs, beginning with Clark• Build the systems, leadership bench and capital structure required by a multi-hub company• Protect the standard: DOLE compliance, worker protection and transparent reporting are conditions of the role, not variablesWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR• Ten or more years of leadership experience, including at least five years running a company or business unit with full P&L responsibility• MBA or equivalent graduate business degree preferred• A record of scaling a service or people-intensive business, ideally in the Philippines• Fluency in English and Filipino, with the ability to work closely with a founder based between Manila and the United States• Judgment, discretion and a long horizon.This is a decade, not a rotation.DETAILSFull-time and on-site at our Pasay City hub.Compensation combines salary, performance incentives and an ownership component.Apply with your CV and a short note describing how you would approach the first two years.
