This is an ultra rare opportunity to working side by side with the founding team to strategically and commercially lead/drive the company through their next phase of growth. This is a late co-founder role so having an entrepreneurial, 'roll-up-your sleeves' mindset is absolutely crucial.Role responsibilities:Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth plan.Lead, develop and grow both the operational and scientific teams.Oversee operations, ensuring high-quality bioanalytical services and regulatory compliance (GLP).Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and investor relations.Identify opportunities for market expansion, partnerships and licensing agreements.Role requirements:PhD or MSc educated (minimum) in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology etc.Experienced c-suite or senior executive with a proven track record of successfully scaling a business.Previous experience working in Agriscience, Pharma or a CRO is essential.Experience with fundraising and investor relations is desirable.Strong understanding of GLP regulations is highly preferred.Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.You must posses an entrepreneurial, agile and open-minded mindset.Fluent German and English.What our client offers:International working environment.Opportunity to work with ground-breaking technology.Extensive ongoing internal and external training and development programmes.How to apply:Send your CV to lauren.howes@scinovasearch.com or instantly apply via LinkedIn.
