Company Description Tomorrow Cellars produces high-quality, alcohol-removed wines that preserve the ritual and social experience of wine without the effects of alcohol. The brand is centered on inclusive, life-affirming moments where people gather to share a glass, a meal, or a special occasion, regardless of their relationship with alcohol. Each wine is under 0.5% ABV, with only 20 calories per 5 fl. oz. serving, significantly fewer calories and sugar than traditional wines. The wines are gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and crafted from sustainably farmed grapes in Northern California wine country, appealing to health-conscious and environmentally aware consumers.Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, leadership role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, responsible for setting and executing Tomorrow Cellars’ overall vision and strategy. The CEO will lead the organization’s financial performance, operations, and market growth, including oversight of production, supply chain, and quality standards. This hands-on role involves actively directing and executing business planning initiatives, developing and managing strategic partnerships, and driving sales and brand positioning within the alcohol-removed and premium beverage markets. The role is responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team across sales and operations. The CEO will also lead fundraising activities and raise capital, in addition to operational responsibilities. The CEO will represent the company to current and prospective investors, board members, advisors, distributors, key customers, and the broader community.QualificationsMust be comfortable in a start-up environment. This is a no frills, do the work on shoestring budget, and put in long hours to make it happen role!Must believe in the Adult Non-Alcoholic category and demonstrate the ability to evangelize the space, our company, and our products.Strong Finance and Business Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management are essential. Must maintain a firm grasp of all CPG production metrics, sales and velocity and other key indicators important to investor and be fluent in all company financials.Operations Management expertise, including overseeing production, supply chain, process optimization, and product innovation. Sales leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth, channel development, and customer relationships, particularly in BevAlc wholesale, with expertise in the natural and specialty channels.Strategic Planning capabilities, including market analysis, long-term vision setting coupled with short-term effective tactical planning and execution of all programs and initiatives.Prior executive or senior leadership experience in consumer-packaged goods, beverage, or related industries.Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop diverse, high-performing teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with or interest in health-conscious, inclusive, and sustainability-focused brands.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
