The CEO will oversee core business functions, including investment strategy, operations, finance, and business development, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. This role includes leading senior management, fostering strong relationships with investors and portfolio companies, and representing the firm in high-level negotiations and external forums. The CEO will monitor market trends, assess new investment opportunities, and guide business planning to support sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial and operational reports, making key resource allocation decisions, ensuring regulatory and governance compliance, and cultivating a high-performance, inclusive culture.QualificationsStrong Finance expertise, including investment analysis, capital allocation, and financial risk management.Proven Operations Management capabilities to oversee processes, resources, and cross-functional teams effectively.Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with a track record of setting and executing long-term goals.Demonstrated Sales and business development skills to build partnerships, attract investors, and grow the firm’s portfolio.Extensive leadership experience in venture capital, private equity, or related financial services environments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to make data-informed decisions under pressure and navigate complex regulatory and market landscapes.Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.Commitment to ethical practices, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of leadership and decision-making.
