This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh involves overseeing daily business operations, collaborating with senior leaders across finance, operations, sales, and strategy, and making key decisions that support growth and profitability. The CEO will lead the development and execution of business plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the company to partners, clients, and regulatory bodies. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance reports, guiding departmental priorities, approving major investments and initiatives, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with the organization’s values.Qualifications Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to oversee budgets, investments, and long-term growth strategies.Proficiency in Operations Management to ensure efficient processes, quality standards, and effective resource allocation.Experience in Sales and market development to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.Advanced Strategic Planning capabilities to define vision, set measurable goals, and respond to market changes.Proven leadership experience in senior executive roles, ideally within relevant industries or comparable organizations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to make data-informed decisions and manage risk in complex business environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
