This full-time, on-site role in Thanjavur involves setting long-term vision and goals, overseeing business planning, and driving growth initiatives across service lines. The CEO will manage financial performance, lead key client relationships, and coordinate with department heads to ensure effective operations and service delivery. Daily responsibilities include monitoring business metrics, guiding sales and marketing efforts, reviewing financial reports, and making data-driven decisions to improve profitability and efficiency. The CEO will also build and mentor a high-performing team, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.Qualifications Strong financial acumen with skills in Finance and Business Planning.Proficiency in Operations Management and experience optimizing processes and resources.Demonstrated capability in Sales, including business development and client relationship management.Expertise in Strategic Planning and setting long-term organizational direction.Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and manage risk.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.Track record of building and leading diverse teams and promoting an inclusive workplace.
