Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive the Wealth Management business of the DIFC branch
Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, portfolio growth, AUM and revenue generation
Lead and manage the Wealth Management team and senior stakeholders
Drive HNI & affluent client acquisition and deepen existing relationships
Lead strategic client engagements and support conversion of high-value relationships
Ensure strong risk management, compliance and operational controls across the business
Ensure all business activities remain within the permissible activities of the DIFC branch and applicable DFSA regulations
Work closely with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Credit, Wealth Management Products and other key stakeholders
Act as a senior subject matter expert in Wealth Management, HNW Banking and regulatory requirementsCandidate Profile:
25+ years of overall banking experience
15–20 years of experience in Wealth Management
