As we continue to evolve and implement our five-year strategy, we are focused on strengthening our organizational capabilities, leveraging technology, data, and AI, and creating sustainable value across the healthcare sector.As part of this continued development, the company is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic direction, strengthen organizational performance, and drive sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term value.Key Responsibilities· Lead the execution of the company’s strategy, growth, and business priorities.· Drive sustainable growth, business development, and new opportunities.· Build strong relationships with key healthcare, business, and institutional stakeholders.· Lead the executive team and foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.· Oversee financial, operational, organizational performance, and resource allocation.· Ensure strong governance and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.· Align technology, digital products, and capabilities with market and stakeholder needs.· Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement.· Represent the company and report performance and strategic priorities to the Board.Key Qualifications· Jordanian nationality is required.· 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including proven CEO/GM-level or significant senior executive experience, preferably in a medium-sized or large company.· Strong business leadership experience with a proven track record in strategy execution, business development, partnerships, and sustainable growth.· Strong financial knowledge and experience preparing and presenting Board packs and reports.· Proven experience working effectively with Boards and senior stakeholders.· Strong understanding of healthcare markets, regulations, and key stakeholders.· Digital health, HealthTech, technology, or related sector experience is highly welcomed.· Strong strategic, financial, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.· Strong understanding of technology, digital products, data, and technology-enabled business models.· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.Qualified candidates are invited to submit their CVs, indicating “CEO” in the subject line.This job post is valid until Thursday, October 8, 2026, 5:00 PM Jordan Time.
