We've grown to €6.5 million in revenue with a small team of 15, selling B2B and D2C. You pick the growth levers, set the course, and make it happen across B2B and D2C.Close the big ones. Partnerships, distributors, key accounts, wellness chains. You open doors and you close deals yourself.Drive sales and marketing as one engine. This is where you come from, and this is where you'll make the biggest difference.Stay hands-on. You're in the numbers, with customers, and with the team, not stuck in meetings about meetings.Build a high-performance team. Give people trust, clear goals, and room to own their work.
