This full-time, on-site role in Kathmandu involves directing business planning activities, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring sustainable financial performance. The CEO will guide sales and business development initiatives, build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and represent the organization in industry events and partnerships. The role includes setting and monitoring strategic goals, managing senior leadership, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The CEO will continuously evaluate market trends to refine service offerings and drive long-term growth.Qualifications Strong Financial and Operations Management skills, with the ability to oversee budgets, resource allocation, and efficient service delivery.Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define vision, set goals, and execute growth initiatives.Proven Sales and business development capabilities to expand client networks and revenue streams.Demonstrated leadership, people management, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.Prior executive or senior management experience in recruitment, HR services, or related industries is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
