The CEO will oversee overall company strategy, set organizational goals, and ensure strong execution across finance, operations, and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the executive team, reviewing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions, and maintaining effective governance and risk management practices. The CEO will actively engage with key clients and stakeholders, represent the organization in external partnerships, and drive initiatives that expand market presence and strengthen enterprise resilience. This role also involves fostering a high-performance culture, mentoring senior leaders, and ensuring alignment between long-term vision and daily operations.Qualifications Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets, allocate resources, and support sustainable growth.Operations Management expertise to improve processes, enhance continuity, and increase organizational efficiency.Sales and Strategic Planning experience to drive revenue, expand market reach, and shape long-term business direction.Proven senior leadership experience, preferably in privately held or growth-focused organizations.Ability to build and lead diverse, cross-functional teams and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive culture.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Track record of making data-driven decisions and managing organizational change.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial.
