This full-time, on-site role based in Malang includes setting the company vision and strategy, overseeing business planning, and driving organizational performance. The CEO will manage senior leaders across functions, monitor financial health, and ensure efficient operations and resource allocation. Daily responsibilities include reviewing key performance indicators, guiding sales and business development activities, cultivating partnerships, and making data-driven decisions to support sustainable growth. The CEO will also represent the company to stakeholders, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation.Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including Finance and budgeting, with the ability to interpret financial reports and manage risk.Proven expertise in Operations Management, with experience optimizing processes, resources, and organizational structures.Demonstrated capability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including setting long-term goals, defining priorities, and executing plans.Solid Sales and commercial acumen, with experience driving revenue growth and supporting high-performing sales teams.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.Experience in executive-level decision-making and corporate governance; prior CEO or senior leadership experience is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
