The organization offers a stable, growth-focused environment for professionals seeking leadership opportunities in the automotive sector.Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role at GNA Drivelines Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalandhar. The CEO will provide overall strategic and operational leadership, set long-term business goals, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and values. Daily responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, production efficiency, and sales growth, while guiding senior management teams across functions such as operations, finance, and marketing. The CEO will lead business planning and strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and manage key stakeholder relationships, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. This role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring adherence to quality and environmental standards.Qualifications Strong financial acumen, including expertise in Finance and budgeting, with the ability to analyze performance and optimize profitability.Proven experience in Operations Management, with a track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing or industrial environments.Demonstrated capability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including setting long-term objectives and executing growth strategies.Successful background in Sales leadership, business development, and customer relationship management within the automotive or related sectors.Extensive executive-level leadership experience, preferably as a CEO or senior leader in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering-driven organizations.Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company to clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.Relevant academic qualifications such as an MBA, engineering degree, or equivalent professional background; international exposure or experience is an advantage.
