The organization promotes an inclusive culture that respects different perspectives and encourages continuous learning.Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Ho Chi Minh City, responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and ensuring effective execution across all business functions. The CEO will oversee daily operations, guide financial planning and performance, and align business plans with long-term goals. This role involves leading senior management, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ethical conduct. The CEO will drive growth by developing new markets, strengthening client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing operational and financial reports, making informed decisions on resource allocation, managing key external partnerships, and representing the company with stakeholders, regulators, and industry partners.QualificationsStrong financial acumen with skills in Finance and Business Planning.Proven experience in Operations Management, including process optimization and performance improvement.Demonstrated capability in Strategic Planning, with the ability to set and execute long-term organizational goals.Track record in Sales leadership, business development, and market expansion.Broad executive leadership experience, preferably at C-suite level or equivalent.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead diverse teams, build an inclusive culture, and manage change effectively.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on measurable outcomes.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.Experience working in or with organizations in Southeast Asia or similar fast-growing markets is beneficial.
