ResponsibilitiesSet the organisation’s strategic direction and execute short- and long-term plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.Build and strengthen strategic partnerships, alliances, and referral networks to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.Represent the organisation externally in senior stakeholder engagements, industry forums, and selected networking opportunities.Oversee end-to-end operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, scalability, and clear performance measurement across functions.Establish leadership rhythms, goals, and accountability frameworks across senior management.Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to support sustainable outcomes.Identify key risks and implement appropriate controls to support robust governance and compliance obligations.Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across business functions.Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team; strengthen succession planning and organisational capability.Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to governance stakeholders; act as the key liaison for organisational reporting.RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, including at least 5 years in an executive management capacity.Demonstrated track record in strategic planning, revenue growth, and scaling operations.Strong commercial judgement with proven financial management and performance oversight experience.Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and negotiating high-impact partnerships or commercial agreements.Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams, set measurable goals, and deliver outcomes through others.Strong governance mindset with experience implementing risk management practices and internal controls.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply”.
