Proven P&L leadership of an engineering, M&E or building-services contracting business.The Opportunity: An established and diversified business operating in the technical services sector is seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth and transformation.This is an opportunity for a commercially astute and strategically minded leader to shape the future of a complex, multi-business organisation, strengthen operational performance and develop new sources of sustainable, profitable growth.The successful candidate will bring a combination of entrepreneurial thinking, disciplined execution and the ability to lead change across a diverse portfolio of technical and service-led businesses.The Role: With full accountability for business performance, strategy and organisational development, the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:Strategic Growth: Developing and executing a compelling growth strategy, strengthening existing businesses and identifying opportunities in adjacent markets and emerging service areas.Commercial Performance: Accelerating profitable growth, improving margins, strengthening customer relationships and developing differentiated, higher-value offerings.Operational Excellence: Driving productivity, standardisation and performance improvement across multiple business units, while embedding digital capabilities and greater operational discipline.Leadership & Transformation: Building a high-performing leadership team, strengthening accountability and collaboration, and creating an organisation capable of delivering sustained performance improvement.The Candidate:We are seeking an established Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Regional President or equivalent senior business leader with a proven track record of leading and transforming complex, commercially driven organisations.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Significant P&L leadership experience, with a record of delivering profitable growth, margin improvement and operational transformation.A background in engineering services, technical services, industrial solutions, infrastructure-related businesses or other complex service-led environments.Strong commercial judgement, with experience developing new markets, expanding service offerings and building long-term customer relationships.Experience leading multi-business or geographically dispersed operations, including significant leadership experience in Hong Kong or Greater China.A track record of organisational transformation, operational improvement and developing high-performing leadership teams.Exposure to strategic partnerships, acquisitions, business integration or portfolio development.The ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership.This appointment offers the opportunity to lead a substantial, established business through an important phase of evolution, with the mandate to strengthen its competitive position, enhance profitability and create long-term value.
