- Experience: 10–20 years in hospital administration and operations, with proven senior leadership experience in a reputed multispecialty or tertiary care hospital.
- Salary - NegotiableKey ResponsibilitiesLead the hospital's strategic planning, overall administration, and day-to-day operations.Drive clinical excellence, patient safety, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, inventory control, and resource optimization.Lead manpower planning, workforce deployment, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Collaborate with senior consultants and departmental heads to achieve institutional goals.Promote innovation, advanced healthcare technologies, and sustainable institutional growth.Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality requirements.Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-centred work culture.Eligibility Criteria
- Medical Graduate from a recognized medical college.
