Relocation is required, and full relocation support is provided.How to ApplyClick “Easy Apply” or send your CV to recruitment3@intalent.asia or WhatsApp +94707364400Key responsibilities:Own and drive the venture’s business plan, budget, profitability, and overall financial performance.Lead the development and scale-up of the farm, including organization design, talent build-out, operational systems, and governance frameworks.Define strategic direction, performance targets, KPIs, and execution priorities to achieve sustainable growth.Build and manage key stakeholder relationships, including suppliers, contractors, off-takers, government authorities, investors, and local communities.Ensure the technical and operational strategy translates into commercial success, productivity gains, and long-term value creation.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in commercial agriculture, agribusiness, or large-scale farming operations, including at least 8-10 years in senior leadership or executive management roles.Proven executive leadership of a large-scale agricultural operation, with full profit and loss accountability.Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling farms or agribusiness ventures from inception, including feasibility assessments, investment planning, and execution.Strong commercial acumen, farm economics expertise, and the ability to report performance, financial results, and strategic plans to owners, boards, or investors.Exposure to modern, mechanized, and irrigated farming systems, with experience operating in arid or semi-arid environments.Top-tier global agriculture professional preferred; exceptional candidates one level below this tier will also be considered.Strong stakeholder management, strategic decision-making, and people leadership capabilities.Willingness to relocate to Lahore.
