The organization works with businesses, institutions, and key stakeholders to promote stronger standards of integrity and sustainable business practices.As the organization enters a new phase of growth and regional expansion, it is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director to lead its next stage of development and impact.About the RoleThe CEO/Executive Director will provide strategic and organizational leadership, driving the organization’s growth, regional presence, partnerships, and long-term sustainability. The role will work closely with the Board of Directors, corporate partners, funders, and key stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s regional impact and influence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic direction and annual prioritiesDrive regional growth and expand the organization’s presence and impact across Saudi Arabia and the GCCDevelop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, donors, funders, and strategic stakeholdersLead fundraising and resource mobilization efforts to support long-term financial sustainabilityWork closely with the Board of Directors on governance, strategy, and organizational developmentOversee organizational operations, financial performance, and effective resource allocationBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing and mission-driven teamRepresent the organization at regional and international forums, conferences, media engagements, and partner eventsStrengthen the organization’s visibility, influence, and thought leadership across the regionRequirementsProven experience in a CEO, Executive Director, or senior executive leadership roleStrong track record in fundraising, resource mobilization, and strategic partnership developmentExperience working closely with Boards of Directors and governance structuresStrong understanding of the GCC business and institutional landscape, with experience in Saudi Arabia preferredDemonstrated ability to develop and execute organizational strategy and drive sustainable growthStrong stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExperience in nonprofit, social impact, corporate governance, corporate partnerships, consulting, or other mission-driven environmentsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferredFluency in English required; Arabic is preferred
