About the CompanyThe Company is a newly established joint venture focused on transforming the lottery industry through digital innovation. By integrating online sales, payment solutions, and distribution networks, it delivers a secure, transparent, and seamless lottery experience for customers and partners.Role OverviewThe CEO will lead the Company's overall strategy, growth, operations, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Board, this role is responsible for scaling the business, driving commercial success, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with regulators, investors, and strategic partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the Company's vision, strategy, and growth plans.Lead business operations across Technology, Product, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.Develop strategic partnerships with lottery operators, payment providers, financial institutions, and distributors.Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements within Vietnam's lottery and digital payments sectors.Build and lead a high-performing executive team and organizational culture.Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion opportunities.Manage investor relations, fundraising activities, and Board reporting.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (CEO, COO, General Manager, Managing Director or equivalent).Proven leadership experience in technology, fintech, gaming, lottery, or other regulated industries.Strong commercial, strategic, and operational leadership capabilities.Experience working with regulators, government agencies, investors, and senior stakeholders.Fluent in English and Vietnamese.Preferred ExperienceDirect experience in digital lottery, iLottery, e-Instant Lottery, gaming technology, or digital entertainment businesses.Established network within the lottery, fintech, payments, or regulated technology sectors.Experience working with international lottery operators or technology providers is highly desirable.CompensationA highly competitive compensation package will be offered based on the candidate's experience, track record, and leadership capabilities.If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact Kim Truong - Partner, Executive Search, Robert Walters Vietnam.Email: kim.truong@robertwalters.com.vn Phone: (+84) 905 369 295Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Due to the high volume of applications we are experiencing, our team will only be in touch with you if your application is shortlisted.
