Chief Executive Officer (Real Estate)

Job Purpose:Lead the company's real estate investment, development, and asset management activities, maximizing portfolio value, investment returns, and long-term growth across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the acquisition, development, and disposal of real estate assets in line with the company's investment strategy.Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, land acquisitions, development projects, and joint ventures.Oversee the full real estate development lifecycle, including feasibility studies, land planning, design, construction, leasing, and project delivery.Manage the company's real estate portfolio to maximize asset value, occupancy rates, rental income, and return on investment.Evaluate project feasibility, market demand, property valuations, investment risks, and financial returns.Oversee property and asset management operations, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal portfolio performance.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.Extensive executive leadership experience within real estate investment, development, or property management.Proven track record in real estate acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio management.Strong expertise in real estate feasibility studies, financial modeling, asset valuation, and investment analysis.
