Chief Financial Officer (Capital Raising Focus)

We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Chief Financial Officer (Capital Raising Focus) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work: 1. Fundraising Strategy & Capital Structure (KEY FOCUS)Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy (debt + equity + hybrid).Design the optimal capital structure for each stage of growth.Lead activities including:IPO / Pre-IPO / Private PlacementBond issuance (domestic & international)Structured Finance / Project FinanceDevelop a compelling financial story to attract investors.2. Capital Raising & Financial Relationships (DEAL-DRIVEN ROLE)Directly work and negotiate with:BanksInvestment FundsInternational Financial InstitutionsEstablish and expand a senior-level financial network.Lead large-scale fundraising transactions.Lead due diligence, term sheet negotiations, and deal closing.3. Investor Relations & Capital Markets (STRONG UPGRADE)Develop and implement the Investor Relations (IR) strategy.Represent the Group at:RoadshowsInvestor MeetingsAnalyst BriefingsEnhance the Group’s valuation positioning in the market.4. M&A & Strategic InvestmentsLead transactions including:M&AJoint VenturesStrategic InvestmentsParticipate in deal structuring and financing solutions for large-scale projects.5. Cash Flow & Financial ManagementMonitor cash flow and ensure liquidity.Optimize the cost of capital and capital utilization efficiency.6. Financial Control & Compliance (KEEP – BUT SUPPORTING)Ensure a transparent financial reporting system.Oversee compliance with financial, tax, and audit requirements.7. Finance Organization LeadershipBuild the finance team under the following model:Deal Team (Funding & M&A)FP&A / Strategic FinanceStandardize systems and processes to support large-scale growth.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Professional BackgroundFinance, Investment, Banking, EconomicsPreferred: MBA / CFA / ACCA / CPA international capital markets experience2. Experience15+ years of experience, including: a proven track record in large-scale fundraising (≥ USD 100M deals)Participation in or leadership of: IPO / fundraising / bond issuanceStrong network with: Banks, Investment Funds, Institutional Investors. Preferred background: Investment Banking / PE / Corporate Finance / Big Deals3.
