Key Responsibilities

 Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Group. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group's businessobjectives and sustainable growth. Oversee financial controls, MIS, costing, profitability analysis and performancemonitoring across multiple units. Manage banking operations, working capital, treasury and investment activities. Lead capital management, fund raising and financial structuring. Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, tax and financialrequirements. Capital Markets, IPO, Listed company environment, SEBI regulations. Investorrelations, Institutional investors and Board Audit Committee reporting Monitor cash flows, liquidity and working capital requirements across all units. Provide strategic advice to the Management/Board on investments, expansion,capital expenditure and business decisions. Establish strong financial governance, internal controls and risk-managementsystems. Drive cost optimisation and improve overall financial efficiency and profitability. Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, consultants and statutoryauthorities. Manage and mentor the Group Finance & Accounts team.Candidate Profile: CA / ICWA (CMA) / M.Com with 15–20 years of relevant experience. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a CFO / Head of Finance / senior financeleadership role. Strong experience in manufacturing / auto components / engineering industrypreferred. Should have experience in handling multiple manufacturing units / businesses. Strong knowledge of financial planning, banking, investments, capital management,budgeting and regulatory compliance. Strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
