Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership, translating business objectives into long-term financial plans, forecasts, KPIs, and data-driven decision supportLead all accounting, financial reporting, compliance, audit, tax, and governance functions while ensuring strong internal controls and adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirementsOversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, profitability analysis, KPI development, and performance reporting to drive operational and financial excellenceManage treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, financing activities, credit risk, and enterprise-wide financial and operational risk managementLead M&A activities, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, integration, capital allocation, and ROI analysis for investments, expansions, and growth initiativesBuild and develop a high-performing finance organization while providing oversight for board and family office reporting, real estate investments, banking, insurance programs, and cross-functional administrative supportQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA designation is mandatory, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior finance executive responsibilityProven experience leading finance functions within distribution, manufacturing, or multi-site organizationsDemonstrated success in mergers & acquisitions, capital investment planning, and strategic growth initiativesStrong expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, ERP systems, financial technologies, and business intelligence toolsBig 4 and privately held/family-owned business experience is highly preferred.Ask for: Aarti ManchandaSalary- $160k - $185kClearbridge Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
