As we enter a new phase of international growth, we are seeking a financial leader with strategic vision and capital markets experience to join our core management team and drive the continuous enhancement of corporate value.【The Role】As a key member of the core management team, the CFO will lead the company's global financial strategy and capital market initiatives, driving sustainable business growth and preparing the company for future engagement with the capital markets. The position requires regular cross-border travel between Shenzhen and Hong Kong to manage operations and coordinate with regional teams.【Key Responsibilities】Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the CEO and Board on strategic planning and major decisions, providing financial insights to drive growth and value creation.Global Financial Management: Oversee global financial operations, including accounting, consolidated reporting, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring IFRS compliance. Manage treasury, cross-border fund allocation, and liquidity risk.Capital Markets: Lead IPO preparation efforts, ensuring financial compliance and establishing robust internal controls and governance structures.International Tax: Manage tax planning across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and at least one overseas region (Europe/US, Southeast Asia, or Middle East). Oversee foreign exchange risk management.Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving digitalization and process optimization.【Qualifications】Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or HKICPA required.15 years in finance, with at least 5 years as CFO or Financial Director. Consumer electronics, smart hardware, or cross-border e-commerce experience preferred.Deep knowledge of Hong Kong and Mainland China financial and tax practices; familiarity with Europe/US, Southeast Asia, or Middle East financial environments; hands-on Hong Kong IPO experience.Global mindset, strong business acumen, excellent decision-making, proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Chinese, high integrity, and adaptability to a cross-border work environment.【What We Offer】Competitive compensation and incentive schemeCore management role with strategic influenceInternational platform for professional growth
