Packaging represents leading suppliers from the U.S.A., Europe, and South Africa, delivering high-quality goods with fast, friendly, and efficient service to ensure long-term customer relationships.Role Description We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with at least 5 years of senior finance experience in the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate will lead financial strategy, compliance, cash-flow management, reporting, and business planning for a growing food service distribution and snack manufacturing business.Key Responsibilities· Lead the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, and financial-control functions· Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC tax, VAT, corporate tax, customs, payroll, audit, and statutory reporting requirements· Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L statements, balance sheets, cash-flow forecasts, budgets, and financial dashboards· Manage VAT filings, corporate tax obligations, external audits, bank relationships, and regulatory documentation· Develop financial strategies to support expansion across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC markets· Improve cash collection, working-capital management, inventory controls, credit policies, and supplier-payment planning· Monitor product profitability, customer margins, landed costs, logistics costs, and channel performance· Establish strong internal controls, approval procedures, financial policies, and risk-management processes· Support commercial decisions including pricing, tenders, distributor agreements, investments, financing, and new product launches· Lead and develop the finance and accounting team· Work closely with operations, sales, procurement, supply chain, and senior managementRequired Qualifications & ExperienceERP & Hands-On Requirements· Must have practical working experience with Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP ERP systems· Ability to manage, review, and improve finance workflows within the ERP, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory valuation, procurement, and financial reporting· Experience implementing, upgrading, or optimizing ERP finance modules is an advantage· Must be willing to work hands-on when required, including reviewing entries, preparing reports, managing reconciliations, supporting VAT filings, resolving accounting issues, and assisting the finance team with daily operational requirements· Comfortable working in a lean, fast-growing business environment where the CFO is expected to be both strategic and operational· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field· Professional qualification preferred: CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent· Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in a senior finance leadership role within the UAE/GCC· Strong practical knowledge of UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, GCC VAT regulations, accounting standards, audit requirements, and compliance procedures· Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, food service, distribution, retail, trading, or logistics is highly preferred· Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, financial modelling, and profitability analysis· Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage· Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting/presentation capability· Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environmentWhat We Offer· Opportunity to play a strategic role in a growing UAE and GCC food-service business· Exposure to multi-channel operations including B2B, retail, hospitality, cinemas, schools, and e- commerce· Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications· Growth opportunity within an expanding regional businessLocation: Dubai, UAE Experience: Minimum 5 years in UAE/GCC finance and compliance Employment Type: Full-timeTo apply: Please send your CV, current salary, expected salary, notice period, and a brief summary of your UAE/GCC compliance experience at hr@mrspackaging.comCompensation and Benefits· Salary: Negotiable· Benefits: UAE employment visa and work permit, medical insurance, annual leave, annual air-ticket allowance, UAE labour-law entitlements.
