Role Description The Chief Financial Officer at القرية QARYAH is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include supervising the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, managing financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role involves leading the finance team, establishing robust internal controls, evaluating financial risks and opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making. The CFO will also collaborate with other leaders on investment decisions, cost optimization, and performance improvement initiatives.QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate or organizational financial management.Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning.Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance.Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear recommendations.Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and developing high-performing staff.Experience with internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and boards.Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are an advantage.Familiarity with regional financial regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region is preferred.
