As the business scales its subscription and device-led revenue streams, we are looking for a commercially minded Financial Manager to bring financial rigor, forecasting discipline, and strategic insight to our leadership team.Position SummaryThe CFO will own Cenorion's financial planning, reporting, and controls, and will act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO/COO and broader leadership team. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who understands the economics of both SaaS (recurring/subscription revenue) and mobile device (hardware, distribution, and device lifecycle) business lines, and who can translate that understanding into sound financial strategy, accurate forecasting, and disciplined cost management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling across SaaS subscription revenue and mobile device product linesPrepare timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for the CEO/COO and boardOwn cash flow management, working capital planning, and treasury operationsBuild and maintain SaaS-specific financial metrics (MRR/ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, net revenue retention) and device-business metrics (unit economics, inventory turns, cost of goods sold, margin by SKU)Design, implement, and monitor internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure complianceManage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies; ensure timely statutory filings and audit readinessPartner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to evaluate pricing, subscription packaging, and device procurement decisions from a financial perspectiveOversee revenue recognition for both subscription-based SaaS contracts and hardware/device sales, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standardsLead, mentor, and develop the finance team, and scale finance processes and systems as the company growsPresent financial performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and support strategic decision-making, including fundraising, investment appraisal, and M&A analysis where relevant.Required Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory)Proven financial management experience within a SaaS or subscription-based business, including deep familiarity with recurring revenue models, deferred revenue, and SaaS KPIs.Proven financial management experience within a mobile device / consumer hardware business, including inventory, supply chain costing, and hardware margin management.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional accounting qualification required (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).7+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a financial management or senior finance leadership role.Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and management reporting.Advanced proficiency in Excel/financial modeling tools and experience with modern accounting/ERP and SaaS billing systems.Solid understanding of IFRS and UAE regulatory, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance executives.Preferred QualificationsMBA or Master's degree in Finance or a related discipline.Prior experience in a fast-growing technology or consumer electronics company.Experience supporting fundraising rounds, investor reporting, or M&A activity.Experience implementing or scaling finance systems (ERP, BI/reporting tools, SaaS billing platforms).
