Chief Financial Officer

Purpose: The CFO manages the complete financial health of The company and all its subsidiaries. This role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, risk management, and ensuring the group's financial sustainability and growth.Key Responsibilities·      Oversee all financial operations across The company and subsidiaries·      Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports for the Board·      Develop annual budgets and multi-year financial plans·      Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships·      Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax requirements (VAT, corporate tax)·      Lead cost control and profitability improvement initiatives·      Evaluate financial viability of new investments, expansions, and acquisitions·      Manage external auditors, legal counsel, and financial advisorsQualifications·      Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics. ·      (Got one of the following certificates: CPA, CMA, or CA)·      15 years of experience AS CFO in F&B industry across UAE·      Strong knowledge of UAE corporate tax law and VAT regulations·      Experience with multi-entity consolidation and group-level reporting·      Fluency in Arabic and English (Native Arabic)
