If you are a financial leader with a passion for the sports, entertainment, and venues sector, and excel at driving financial strategy, building robust governance frameworks, and managing multi-entity or joint venture structures, this is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of sports investment in the Kingdom.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overarching financial strategy, spearheading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Commercial Finance: Oversee the financial performance of all venues and strategic projects, driving profitability, margin improvement, and robust cash generation.Governance & Compliance: Ensure full accuracy of financial reporting in strict compliance with SOCPA/IFRS, Zakat, VAT, and local regulatory frameworks.Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, and corporate financial risk mitigation.Finance Transformation: Champion ERP implementations, reporting automation, and process standardization to support rapid organizational scaling.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary financial liaison with joint venture partners, shareholders, and the Board of Directors.Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing finance division across both corporate and operational functions.Candidate Profile & Qualifications:Experience: 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred).Professional Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable.Industry Expertise: A proven track record within the sports, entertainment, venues, or facilities management sectors is strongly preferred.Core Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and joint venture structures, complemented by exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
