métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring a 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐂𝐅𝐎) for one of our leading clients in Dubai, UAE.This is a senior finance leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, planning, governance, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and sustainable business growth. The role will work closely with the Board and senior leadership while leading a high-performing finance function.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Monitor financial KPIs and provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Board and Senior Management.Ensure compliance with applicable financial, regulatory, accounting, and taxation requirements, including IFRS, VAT, and Corporate Tax.Maintain robust corporate governance, internal controls, and financial risk management frameworks.Oversee statutory audits and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Work closely with regulatory and government authorities on relevant financial and compliance matters.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive high performance and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to support operational efficiency and business performance.Drive financial performance improvement, cost optimization, and sustainable growth initiatives.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.MBA in Finance or a related discipline is preferred. (CA qualification is mandatory).10–15 years of overall professional experience, with at least 7 years in a senior finance leadership role.Strong experience in a regulated business environment within the UAE or GCC.Proven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and financial performance management.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬Strong knowledge of IFRS, regulatory requirements, taxation, and corporate governance.Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and the Board.Strong understanding of financial controls, audit, risk management, and compliance.
